Is Port 25 open on the SMTP VPS plans?

Yes. Port 25 and all other ports are open by default on these SMTP VPS plans. Configure your operating-system firewall and mail software for the services you want to run. Our acceptable-use policy applies.

Can I update rDNS and PTR records myself?

Yes. Use the client control panel to set or update PTR/rDNS records for your assigned IP addresses. Point your sending hostname to the correct IP and keep its reverse-DNS record consistent.

Do SMTP VPS plans include a dedicated IPv4 address?

The listed SMTP VPS plans include dedicated IPv4 resources according to the plan specification. Additional IP requests are subject to availability and justification.

Can I use my own mail software?

Yes. These are self-managed VPS products, so you can deploy compatible mailing software and configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, queues and application integrations yourself.

Does an SMTP VPS guarantee inbox delivery?

No. Deliverability depends on domain reputation, IP reputation, authentication, content, list quality, sending behavior and recipient-provider filtering. No hosting provider can guarantee inbox placement.

Can I send marketing email?

Permission-based marketing email may be used when it complies with the acceptable-use policy, applicable law and responsible list-management practices. Purchased lists, spam and abusive sending are not allowed.

Should I set SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

Yes. Correct DNS authentication is strongly recommended for legitimate transactional and permission-based email because it helps receiving providers validate your sending domain.

Can I request more IP addresses later?

Up to 4 additional IPv4 addresses may be available depending on stock, technical justification and clean-use history. Contact support before ordering if multiple addresses are required.

Is the VPS managed or self-managed?

The VPS is designed for customers who want server-level control. Unless a specific managed service is stated in the order, you are responsible for the operating system, applications and server configuration.

Can I upgrade the VPS later?

Yes, subject to the available product options and provisioning platform. Contact support if you need more CPU, RAM, storage or a different server class.

What happens if I outgrow a VPS?

You can move to a larger VPS or dedicated server when your workload needs more consistent CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth or physical isolation.

Is email campaigns allowed on this VPS?

Yes. Permission-based email campaigns and email marketing workloads may be used when recipients have valid consent and the sending follows applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Purchased, scraped or unsolicited lists are not allowed.

Is unlimited mailing allowed?

There is no blanket unlimited-mailing or unlimited-spam allowance. Sending capacity depends on the selected VPS, network resources, IP and domain reputation, recipient-provider limits and responsible list management.
