Offshore Hosting: What It Means
Offshore hosting means using hosting infrastructure in a country or jurisdiction selected for location, privacy, connectivity, resilience or operational reasons. It may include offshore web hosting, offshore shared hosting, offshore VPS and offshore dedicated servers.
Offshore hosting does not provide immunity from law, court orders, datacenter rules, upstream network requirements or VeltrixHost policies. Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, malware, abusive spam, attacks and other prohibited conduct are not allowed on VeltrixHost services.

Read the service-specific rules
If your project involves high-volume email, unusual network traffic, sensitive content, bulk streaming, adult content or a regulated activity, review the applicable policies and contact support before payment. Once an eligible service is activated or delivered, the service is non-refundable under the Refund Policy.
These website policies are intended to state VeltrixHost’s service rules clearly. Mandatory law may create rights or obligations that cannot be excluded by contract. If a requirement is important to your order, contact VeltrixHost before payment.
